Marbella Painter is a trading name of Fixif Realty S.L. (CIF B19950070). That company is the data controller. In plain words, it decides what happens to your data and answers for it.

This site has no forms. So we only get your details if you call us or send a WhatsApp. Then we see your number and whatever you tell us about the job. We use it to answer you, visit the property and send you a quote.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages you send there are also covered by its own privacy policy.

We use your details to answer you and to prepare a quote you asked for. Once you book a job, we need them to do the work and invoice it. Keeping invoices is something the law makes us do. Website statistics only run if you say yes in the cookie banner.

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It also tells us when someone taps the call or WhatsApp button. If you click Reject, none of this runs. See the cookies page for details.

We keep job records and invoices for 6 years, because Spanish tax and commercial law requires it. We delete WhatsApp messages, photos and contact details we no longer need once the job is finished and paid.
